Dedicated to God

Dedicated to God
Rebekah the daughter of Bethuel
Genesis 24:24

Rebekah was a woman of stunning faith and service.
What qualities make her one of God's special servants?

• Purity ♡ She was chaste until marriage.
• Industriousness ♡ Rather than looking for a husband or moping and mourning over a lack of one, Rebekah served her family and others.
• Hospitality ♡ Her home was open to those who needed care.
• Energy ♡ Abundant activity is a sign of happiness, and Rebekah had energy to spare as she went extra miles to serve people.

If you are a single woman, God has a beautiful plan for you. He encourages you to remain "holy both in body and in spirit". You also have more time to serve God because you're not devoted to your husband and children. As you use the same qualities Rebekah had to fully engage in "the things of the LORD" (1 Corinthians 7:34) you'll be given glorious opportunities to serve God and help others.

Press on towards Jesus

Be Still. Stand Firm. Be watchful. God performs miracles. Like dividing the Red Sea in two and opening a Way for them to pass on dry ground.

Open our eyes LORD...

We will see His Salvation!!
He will always be there. He will help us.
Even while we are praying we will see the salvation of the LORD:
His handiwork, his mighty deeds!!

We will keep records!!
It does build our confidence!!
Let us never give the enemy negative words that he would use to form weapons against us, but lets recite God Word and Stand on his Promises!!

Keeping Promises

Noah's Ark

God told Noah to build a ship.
He called it an Ark.

"Gather two of every animal", God said. So Noah went to the jungle and found....two tigers.

Noah visited the desert to find...two camels. In the forest, Noah found two bears...

Male and female of each kind...
And they all went into the Ark!!

Then the rain came, but the animals were safe. So was Noah's family.

Many days later, the rain stopped.
Noah and the animals were safe.

Noah's ark landed on mount Ararat.
God promised never to flood the Earth again. He made a sign to remind us of his promise!

Genesis 9:17
So God said to Noah, "This is the sign of the covenant I have established between me and all life on the earth".

God Sees Your Value

Thinking of Hagar by the well
where God met her.
 Her situation was complicated,
but God met her right there;
GOD met her deepest need
"to understand what was happening
and to receive his blessing".

His blessing will always need our part
in keeping ourselves true to God
in deep trust,  obedience and humility.

We must not try to help God like Sarai did
when she gave her maid servant
to her husband to be his wife.

When God gives us a promise,
He is able to fulfill it.
We need to wait in trust and
 grow into his promise.
God cannot be rushed.
 His timing is perfect.

The Way of Peace

The Way of Peace

God is training us in steadfastness. Whatever we might be facing at this very moment, we must rest assured that God is in control. He is with us and He can calm the storms of life.

That is why we can respond calmly and confidently, knowing that God is with us always.

As soon as something or someone grabs your attention, talk to God about it. Thus God shares in our joys and sorrows and viceversa.

God helps us cope with whatever lies before us. This is how God lives and works through us. This is the Way of Peace.

Psalm 112:7; Isaiah 41:10
