Jesus has the power to calm great winds & storms. Cast you cares on the LORD & He will sustain you. We need to trust Him more!!!
Lets spend time worshiping God for His mighty deeds.

Reflecting God's Glory

We have been created in God's image. We closely ressemble who God is. Like a quiet lake reflecting the mountains.
This is a tremendous opportunity & responsibility because in order to reflect who God is we need to *know Him*
We need to spend time with God in prayer & studying his Word. Resolve to commune with God daily in prayer & Bible-study.
Deuteronomy 32:4
He is the *Rock*,
His work is *perfect*;
For all his ways are *justice*
A God of *truth*
and without injustice
*Righteous & upright is He*
Prayer: Oh LORD,
Help us to truly reflect who you are to those around us 🙌

Waiting upon the LORD means that I commit my life to Him & I seek his face, his Word, his *Rhema* which is a specific *word of God* for a specific moment in time.
'In this world you will have trouble, but *I have overcome* the world', Jesus has said.
As we begin this new year I have felt strongly about praying for *restoration* and *restitution* in people's lives because Jesus has come to disarm the works of the devil. We must look up & gaze in his wonderful face, then we will be able to walk above our circumstances.
But the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid. I bring you good news that will cause great joy for all the people. Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is the Messiah, the Lord. This will be a sign to you: You will find a baby wrapped in cloths and lying in a manger.”
Suddenly a great company of the heavenly host appeared with the angel, praising God and saying,
“Glory to God in the highest heaven, and on earth peace to those on whom his favor rests.”

How Joseph longed to embrace his brothers, his father, his youngest brother Benjamin. All God had meant in those dreams so long ago had come true.
Now it was time to reveal who he was, who he had become and even what others meant for harm God had turned into good.
Saviour, you can move the mountains, you can turn dry deserts into springs of living waters. You can restore relationships & families.
God can heal broken hearts, he can redeem situations, mend broken bones & heal the sick. Blessed be his name forever!!
