Wearing his yoke

"In all you do, I want you to be free from worry"
1st Corinthians 7: 32

Dear Friend, we are upset about so many things and details. There is only one thing worth being concerned about. Mary has discovered it  and it will not be taken away from her; as the sat at the feet of her LORD and Master listening to Him as He talked she found peace of mind.

Chrits's love controls us now. Since we believe that Christ died for us, we should also believe that we have died to the old life we used to live. He died for all so that all who live (having received eternal life from Him) might no longer live for themselves, but spend their lives pleasing Christ who died and rose again for them.
2nd Corinthians 5: 14, 15

When we obey Jesus we are living in his love, just as He obeyed the Father and lived in His love!
The suffering we experience is all part of the work God has given us. Christ who suffered for us is our example. We must follow in his steps. 1 Peter 2:21

For even He the Messiah did not come here to be served but to help others. Mark 10:45
We must try hard to live without sinning; and to be at peace with everyone so that He will be pleased when he returns. Come to Jesus and He will give you rest. Wear his yoke for it fits perfectly and let him teach us; for He is gentle and humble, and we will find rest for our souls.Mt.11: 28-30. Only in returning to Him and waiting for Him will we be saved; in quietness and in confidence will be our strength. Is. 30:15

I Will Never Leave Thee

"I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee"

 Hebrew 8:5

When God opens a well for one,
it is that all may drink.
No promise is of private interpretation.
Whatever God has said to one saint,
He has said to all.

In this promise, God gives
to his people everything:
"I will never leave thee,
nor forsake thee".
Then no attribute of God
can cease to be engaged for us.

Is He mighty?
He will show himself strong
on the behalf of them who trust Him.
Is He love?
Then with lovingkindness
will He have mercy upon us.

There is no night

The dawn gives way
to morning splendor.
Each new day
brings a promise,
a seeking of God's favor.
If you follow Jesus
you will not stumble in the dark
for living light will flood your path!

John 8:12

God is Light, and there is no darkness in Him at all.
1 John 1:5

Perfect Peace

"He will keep in perfect peace all those who trust in him, whose thoughts turn often to the LORD!" Isaiah 26:3

Give your burdens to the Lord.
He will carry them.
He will not permit you to slip or fall.

We must trust and not be afraid
for the Lord is our strength
and our song.

Don't worry about anything,
pray about everything;
tell God your needs and don't
forget to thank him for his answers.
If you do this you will experience God's peace, which is far more wonderful than the human man can understand. His peace will keep your thoughts and your hearts quiet and at rest as you grow in trust.

Like the waves of the sea

"I am the LORD your God
who teaches you to profit,
who leads you in the way you should go.
O that you had hearkened to my commandments!
Then your peace would have been like a river,
 and your righteousness like the waves of the sea;
Your offspring would have been like the sand,
and your descendants like its grains;
their names would never be cut off
or destroyed from before me"
Isaiah 48: 17-19

You know how he has cared for you
again and again here in the wilderness,
just like a father cares for his child!

He has given you all of the present
and all of the future.

All are yours to enjoy
and you belong to God!

Your days of mourning all will end!

Trials and sorrows, sickness and death
even nature suffers, groans and sighs
to be realeased from the pain and the hurt!

When trouble comes is there a place to go?
Who will feed the hungry?
Who will bring healing and comfort
to those sick, lonely and lost?
Teacher, don't you even care that we are all about to drown?

The LORD is good.
When trouble comes He is the place to go!
And He knows everyone who trusts in Him!
He is good to everyone, and his compassion is intertwined with everything he does.

Above all else seek wisdom

The man who knows right from wrong and has good judgment and common sense is happier than the man who is rich! Proverbos 3:13

The Lord says: "Let not the wise man bask  in his wisdom, nor the mighty man in his might, nor the rich man in his riches. Let them boast in this alone: that they truly know me, and understand that I am the Lord of justice and of righteousness whose love is steadfast; and that I love to be this way". Jeremiah 9: 23,24.

The reverence and fear of God are basic to all wisdom.
 Proverbs 9:10
